At Silent Wood, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted furniture and home decor. If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your space, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  Carefully repackage the product in its original wood-safe packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and schedule a pickup or drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item for quality, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
